How We Serve

Feed the Hungry Donations

Food donations for The Storehouse Food Pantry

Holy Cross cares about people in need, whether they are down the street or around the world.  Most importantly, we hold them in prayer.

We support ELCA programs donating farm animals and mosquito netting that will change people’s lives, and local social services with money, food and school supplies.

In November we will begin to collect food, clothing, presents, grocery gift cards and other miscellaneous needs for families at a local school.

Holy Cross continues to move forward in mission, doing what we believe is God’s work.

We give not to be saved.  We give with grateful hearts because we are saved by God’s grace, free and unearned.

Christmas Meal Food Collection for Local School

Holy Cross supports a local school where many families are in need of food.  Anyone who wishes to donate food is welcome to bring it to the church Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  It can be left by the door or brought in.

For further details, contact the church office 821-4676.

School is out DECEMBER 15th so all food must be delivered by Sunday, DECEMBER 10th.

Thank you!

Emergency Food Distribution Ministry

Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sundays 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

We provide enough non-perishable food for about 2 days for those times when your food budget just won’t get you through the month.

Please stop by if you are interested.

Pantry Ministry

We offer emergency, non-perishable food for one or two days to anyone in need.  The canned or packaged foods and snacks can be easily prepared or eaten “as is.”
