Thursday evenings of Advent, December 5th
During this holy time of Advent, it is easy to become overworked, stressed, and tired, even forgetting what the Christmas season is really about. Leave the stress behind for a half hour and join us for Holden Evening Prayer by candle light Thursday evenings during Advent.
Attend one service or all three. Have soup with us if you would like to or simply attend the service.
Soup is provided. Side dishes are pot luck.
While our prayers float to God along with the music, we are nourished by the voices of those singing evening prayer. Some of us sing, some of us sit quietly and pray. It is not necessary to know the service to worship with us.
